Eureka is without doubt the best apartment building I have lived in. I agree with the other comments, Concierge are fantastic, very proactive. I attended one of the concierge organised wine tours and what a great day out! Management are attentive and sort issues out promptly. I believe they sacked the strata manager Property Essentials last year and it shows, levies and any account dealings has become so much easier and efficient!

WHat an excellent building to live in, great community spirit. At least 2 -3 FREE functions a year...free food and drinks! What a great way to meet the neighbours. Concierge are just awesome, whoever thinks badly of them have probably been told off by them for doing something stupid! Southbank is a top location. Top quality.

Concierge are fantastic with residents who live there, I suspect those who complain about them are the short term rentals who are not entitled to a service. The Concierge team arrange community events such as coffee mornings, wine tours, family days and much more....highly proactive! The building security are 24hrs and are a dedicated team, the building feels very secure indeed. I love the residents own cinems, especially the regualr open house movie nights!The common areas are immaculate and the (massive!) building feels very well run. Love living here!

Lovely views but rubbish stink on hot days horrible. Airconditioning good one day, bad the next. Concierges not pro active. Banging doors a huge problem. Gym and Pool great . sauna never hot enough to be useful. Wonderful location and great security in the carpark.
