Tried to rent here, however after calling the manager, he had no idea what was available and asked that I email him to give him time to look through his books. Completely unprofessional.

Clearly the cannery-dwellers can party and complain, but spelling isn't a strong point.
I wish the cannery was still making jam State plum Jam was delicious and a national icon. Now we've got a bunch of whingers in tiny boxes complaining about the noise. Man, urban development sucks.

The worst place I have ever lived. Full of drunken 18 year olds partying all day and night and bringing their friends around to the pool which gets very noisey and crowded. Do not live here if you actually want sleep and need to go to work in the morning.

The Cannery is great value for your rent money in the Teneriffe area. The Teneriffe area is full of very luxurious and expensive apartments but the Cannery offers a comfortable and more honest alternative. The pool and gym are great and the central park and BBQ area are fantastic for socialising or hanging with friends. Teneriffe is the hub or river live, with great restaurants, close to water taxi and river walk.

Too much noise if you live near the pool, definitely not made for people who wants to sleep at night or in the morning for that matter. Not tought for someone who wants to cook (or live in his/her unit). Very small unit. But the manager on site is really great!

Cramped. The stairwell is very noisey and you will definately hear your neighbours come home after a late night on the town. Great if you want to hear your neighbours being intimate.

I have lived in a 3 bdrm loft and now live in a one bedroom. The Cannery apartments are very small comparitively to other apartments in the area. The insulation quality is poor as these apartments heat up very easily. However I would definately rate the SOCIAL SCENE at the Cannery with the pool being the no. 1 place to be. If you dont know people the Cannery is definately a great place to meet new, chilled out friends.

top floor 3 bedroom units have good ventilation, however, loft bedrooms make apartment very noisy. Sound from kitchen/lounge is very loud in upstairs bedrooms. Generally noise travels from neighbouring units. Gym facility is okay, basic equipment only. Pool is good for swimmers. Kitchens generally fairly small.
