I have lived here in the past and absolutely loved the place. Its fitout is five star and it feels luxurious from the moment you walk into the beautiful marble lined foyer. Compared to newer apartment buildings I have seen Admiralty Quays is way ahead. I just wish I could afford to buy an apartment there.

Best 1 bedrooms, management and security I found in the city. Old building (which is much better than any new because of construction quality) maintained in top condition. Very peaceful environment with community spirit. Apartments and facilities designed with convenience and quality in mind.

Absolutely the best place to call home in Brisbane with amazing views of the river, Story Bridge and downtown. Management is on top of everything and even exceeds expectations. Location is perfect for experiencing everything good about the city. If you have the opportunity to lease here, don't hesitate.

This is the best place to stay - unfortunately when I came back there were none to rent - it's very hard to get in there as apartments for rent are snapped up straight away. (Wonder why!)

It is a great priviledge to live in this building. On-site management are great, their response rate to requests is terrific, we have a special community atmosphere here, nice and quiet and peaceful. This is community living at it's best which would not be matched anywhere else in the CBD.

AQ the best apartment building on the river, 5 star foyer and facilities, professional onsite Managers. No need to climb the Story Bridge,we have the views every day from our balcony. the stability of many long standing owner occupiers attracts good corporate tenants.

great in every way, walking distance to Central Station and the City Mall views over river don't think can be beaten, can't think of anywhere else I'd rather be.

We have lived in Admiralty Quayes for the past 12 months and found it to be very peaceful and enjoyable. Close but not too close to all city and Valley facilities so as not to suffer the noise of city life. We love the life.

The best in the city, the tower is in a great place. Unfortunately i didn't own mine, but will look there when i move back to brisbane. Best part was there is very little noise as most people are owners and very quiet.
